W. C. Brown Center. Williams Lodge (1953) has 8 bedrooms (two double beds/private baths) and meeting space (40x40 with fireplace, large deck overlooking the lake, separate break out lounge, kitchen).The W.C. Brown Center (1992) has 24 hotel rooms (2 double beds/private bath) and meeting space (25x40, kitchenette, informal lounge with fireplace). Ferncliff's dining hall offers buffet meals and seating for up to 100 guests. Audio-visual equipment is available. Rooms do not have telephones or televisions so guests can focus on their meetings.
W.C. BROWN CENTER
This smoke free adult conference center features a large meeting area that will accommodate 80 people, a comfortable porch overlooking the lake, and a lounge complete with fireplace for after hours. The meeting space has recently added wireless internet access! For smaller groups the conference room can be divided into two rooms, each of which will accommodate approximately 35 people.
PINE LODGE
This unit provides sleeping accommodations for the W. C. Brown Conference Center, and consists of 12 climate controlled smoke-free rooms, each with two double beds & private bath. Two of the rooms in this unit are handicap accessible.
CYPRESS LODGE
This unit provides sleeping accommodations for the W.C. Brown Conference Center, an
d consists of 12 climate controlled smoke-free rooms, each with two double beds & private bath. Two of the rooms in this unit are handicap accessible.
These two units may be booked separately or as a single unit depending on the needs of each particular group.
WILLIAMS LODGE
This rustic hillside retreat and conference center is ideal for groups up to 24 people in 8 climate controlled rooms. Each room has three twin beds and a private bath. The conference room features a large fireplace, a view of the lake, an adjoining lounge area, and will accommodate 85 people.
FERNCREEK RETREAT HOUSE
The Ferncreek Retreat House is located 1/2 mile from the dining hall by walking trail or a short drive by public road. Fern Creek can accommodate 25 people in adult friendly bunks. There are 5 bedrooms; 3.5 bathrooms, it also has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Groups can cook their own meals or make arrangements for meals in the cafeteria. Fern Creek has a huge yard that includes a cooking grill and basketball court. Directions: from the 4-way stop at Ferndale, go west (toward Paron) about 200 yards. On your left you will see a brown house that sits back from the road. Turn left into the gravel drive at the gate with a sign “Ferncreek.”
