Early Discounts:
Pre-Season Discount: To receive a $30 discount, registration and deposit must be in before February 1st, 2010.Early Bird Discount: To receive a $20 discount, registration and deposit must be in before April 1st, 2010.
Pre-Summer Discount: To receive a $10 discount, registration and deposit must be in before June 1st, 2010.

CONFIRMATION
Your registration confirmation will be sent by mail or email The medical form must be filled out by a parent or guardian and returned prior to camp.
CAMPERSHIPS
Ferncliff camperships are available to help children of single parents or low-income families attend camp. Many local churches pay for a portion of the fees for children of their congregation. Contact your church. To apply for a Ferncliff campership, fill out the campership form you can find under camp documents.
Ferncliff understands that some campers may wish to have a specific roommate during their stay at camp. Campers may request one cabinmate at the time of their application. Remember that an important part of the camp experience is making new friends and developing community within the group. Cabin assignments are made before camp begins and cannot be modified during registration.
OPENING AND CLOSING OF CAMP
Arrive between 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. on registration day. Doors open at 4pm and prior to that time staff will be busy preparing for your child's time at camp. Most camps end Fridays with a brief closing program at 5pm after which hot dogs and drinks are available for picnicing or to take as you go.
